woyww 165

another week of snooping and drooling at other crafters' work desks lies ahead if you join in the party at Julia's blog.

I've managed another couple of layouts this week, but still got lots to do.

The rubons didnt show up against the cream background so i inked the area where i wanted to have them before placing them. Looking at the second page I think I might go back and put more butterflies.

Has any scrapper actually got to go and hunt for a photo to scrap? Or are you all like me and have so many still to do that you feel that you will never catch up with yourself?

Planning her 1st birthday party for 18th. Anyone got any ideas for amusing 10 kids?

Pretty soft colours for a pretty litle girl.

It has been so long, I can't remember what my daughters partys were...it is 38 and 36 years ago.

My neighbour throws great kids parties. She makes things on her cutting machine and does banners and gorgeous tissue flowers etc. Her blog is http://dreamingofcreativity.blogspot.ca/
If you page back or check her post titles, she has had 4 or 5 parties posted this year. I think they might be in sidebar too.

Gorgeous pages Caroline. I've seen the work of art Jo is working on and just know you will love it :-)
I helped with ideas but as you can imagine time was something I had very little of lately :-)

Cor you surew have a knack for using gorgeous papers well, such pretty LOs...and I like the rub ons on the inked areas, I thought you'd masked the text and inked and well, it looks great. I have more photos thaan I can cope with really, but have come to terms with the fact that the 'best' will be scrapbook bound and the others will be in some sort of order in the old shoebox!

Wow! Where DID that year go??? Amazing....

I was sad to hear that you're missing dogs left behind in Turkey - who are they staying with?

Such soft and delicate pages! I like the idea of adding ink to the page to make the rub ons show up better. I don't scrap but somehow I doubt any scrapper has a had time coming up with a photo to use.

Hi Caroline, I don't know how I missed this momentous post ... and I can't believe it is now over a year since the wee one made an appearance. Gorgeous pages - love the soft pastel papers you've used and as for the butterflies, well, you can never have too many of them :)

I have too many photographs, I'll never scrap them all so, like Julia, I'm picking out the best and leaving the rest.

Hope you and Miss A are keeping well. Hugs, Elizabeth xx
